This 6,500 sq.ft. home is situated in exclusive Lakeview Heights which is located on the west side of Lake Okanagan on a ridge overlooking the lake and the city of Kelowna. We are located in the heart of the Okanagan Valley - an area known for its award winning wineries. We have an unbroken panoramic view of the lake, city lights, and surrounding mountains. The house is equipped with air conditioning, individual controls for heat in each room, a house system for water softening, and purified water for drinking.
With two private executive style suites, accommodation at our Okanagan bed and breakfast is perfect for the casual or corporate adult travelers. Facilities
On arrival you will be welcomed to your suite with a snack basket of peanuts, chips, mints, fruit and fruit leather. Each of our suites has a stocked fridge complete with creamo, milk, butter, three cheeses, bagels and bread. Choose from five different types of cold cereals, three varieties of coffee, two types of tea, as well as peanut butter and jam for a complete breakfast.
Our suites are large and luxurious, tastefully decorated with our wine theme being prominent throughout - from the burgundy and deep green walls to the wicker and rattan furniture. The art work and wall decor reflect the history of wine making in the province. Grape vines woven through a lattice provide a unique photo opportunity in each suite. Each room in each suite has an eight foot patio door opening to the deck.
We offer two large suites with their own private entrance. Each suite consists of a bedroom, bathroom with shower & full bath, and a private TV/ sitting room with a self breakfast bar.
The suites are really set up for couples who like their creature comforts - a quiet, good night's sleep, control over their environment - as in heat control, space for members of your party to watch TV, read or sleep without impeding on the other's choices, or being able to eat when it suits you. Another pleasure of your stay is the sound privacy from suite to suite.
Perfect for groups traveling together, accommodation provided in these two suites takes up the entire top floor of the house. Couples traveling together have loved taking advantage of this set up. With more than 3000 square feet of decking in different levels, there is lots of space to be by yourself or relaxing with your friends and companions.
