RATES: JULY AND AUGUST - WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY CHECK-IN ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND CHECK-OUT THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY MORNING. $500.00 PER NIGHT FOR UP TO 10 GUESTS $20.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT FOR UP TO 20 GUESTS
MAY, JUNE AND SEPTEMBER - $50.00 PER DAY DISCOUNT ON ABOVE RATES. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM BOOKING AND THREE NIGHT ON HOLIDAY WEEKENDS.
