Established in 1982 this is Kelowna's original Bed and Breakfast. Located in Lakeview Heights on the Westside in a country-like setting our B & B boasts a panoramic view of Lake Okanagan, mountains, horse stables, orchards, vineyards and some of Kelowna's award winning wineries.
Your hosts Sue and Dann Willis welcome you into their enchanting home year round and enjoy visiting with their guests from around the world.

Three suites are available: Victoria Suite - Take a step back in time and enjoy the romance and charm of the Victoria Suite. This spacious deluxe self contained suite features a semi-canopied queen size four poster bed and antique furnishings. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a restful stay this suite has its own shower ensuite, sitting area, remote cable TV, in room coffee/tea service, fridge and microwave. Our suites are air conditioned and have a ground level private entrance.Okanagan Suite - Welcome to the Okanagan Suite. This elegant spacious suite features 2 queen beds with fine linens and oversize duvets. There is plenty of room here for 2 couples or a family as it also has a large ensuite with shower and bath. To enjoy your stay this suite has a small sitting area, remote cable TV, fridge, microwave and in room coffee/tea service. Hand painted touches and antique furnishings add a cozy feeling to this room. Our suites are air conditioned and have a ground level private entrance.Vancouver Suite - Set sail for a calm and restful night on the shores of the Pacific Coast. Our brand new suite features a queen bed with an oversized duvet, and antique carved headboard. With a collection of nautical decorations and native art you can't help but feel at home in the Pacific Northwest. Antique furnishings compliment the decor and to enjoy your getaway this suite has a spacious shower ensuite with hairdryer, cable tv, sitting area, fridge, microwave and coffee/tea service. Our suites are air conditioned and there is a private ground level guest entrance.Our self contained deluxe suites not only offer a restful stay for any traveler, but have all the amenities for those wishing to stay and enjoy their getaway in the heart of the Okanagan Valley. Enjoy the view! Guests are encouraged to relax in the private English garden or on the large covered deck. Read a book, have a picnic or enjoy a glass of wine.A full homemade gourmet breakfast is served featuring signature egg dishes, homemade scones, gourmet coffee and fresh fruit from our own trees in season. Enjoy your breakfast with a view in front of the picture window in our bright sunny kitchen that features hand painted works by local artist Doug Illman. In Summer months, we serve your breakfast with a view outside on our private deck. We accept Cash , Travelers Cheques , Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners/Enroute.Off season rates apply from the day after Thanksgiving through April 30th.Reservation and Cancellation PolicyA Credit card with expiration date is required to make a reservation. No Exceptions. This will guarantee your reservation.A 24 hour courtesy hold may be used to make a reservation to facilitate holiday planning or for out of country inquiries. Without a call back within 24 hrs with credit card information the reservation becomes null and void.Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 5 days before the reservation date. Cancellations made within 5 days of the reservation are subject to a $25.00 charge if we are unable to refill the reservation. This will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.Cancellations made the same day of the reservation are charged 50% of the guaranteed rate to the credit card used to hold the reservation If the reservation is for multiple nights the charge is 50% of the total reservation.Cancellations made after 6pm on the date of the reservation are charged at 100% of guaranteed reservation rate for one night to the credit card used to hold the reservation. If the reservation is for multiple nights the remaining nights nights reservations are considered null and void. Failure to show for any reservation will result in 100% of the guaranteed reservation rate for one night. If the reservation is for multiple nights the remaining nights reservation are considered null and void.Failure to call and cancel any reservation and not show up for your reservation will result in the full price of the first night of yourreservation being charged to the credit card used for the reservation. If the reservation is for multiple nights the remaining nights reservations are considered null and void. Check in time is 3:00 Check out time is 10:30
