Located in Westbank, BC, our Spacious, Quiet home is set in a heavenly acre of gardens providing a friendly welcome and restful haven after your day exploring our Okanagan Valley four season playground.
Here we are in the heart of the beautiful Okanagan valley of southern British Columbia.The community of Westbank is on Highway # 97, 16 km. south of Kelowna. SUNNYBANK is a modern house, designed by one of the hosts, sited at the end of a 400' driveway to avoid street noise. Spacious and Quiet, with a view from every window of the lake, mountains , orchard and vineyards or the colourful gardens. The artist host appreciates the landscape "painting" framed by each window.
The oak floors and cabinets,cambered ceilings and large rooms lend a light but warm and comfortable atmosphere to the house.The decor is original art, wood crafts, and antiques throughout.
Scrumpious breakfasts are served in the dining room or out on the 60' long upper viewing deck. Summer arrives in the Okanagan in May and lasts well into October, and we enjoy eating outdoors for most of that season. The summer here is one long picnic and barbecue.
Facilities
Queen room has solid oak furnishings, queen size bed, luxury linens, charmingly decorated in soft colors and a full ensuite bath. Quiet and restful.
The PATIO room has two twin beds - one bed is extra long, also has an antique Mission style sofabed and dresser. A PRIVATE full bath is adjacent. This room has bay windows with morning sun and a garden view. A french door opens onto the furnished covered patio where you can read a book or enjoy a glass of wine next to a venician fountain and flowering tropicals.
These rooms are separated by a guest common room furnished in the country style with big comforable chairs, another hidabed, a TV, VCR, books and magazines,and a 1920 Baldwin Player Piano. A well equipped snack bar has dishes, coffee maker, large table and chairs, and fridge. A french door opens onto the patio and gardens and is used by guests as a private entrance. This room has been used for small wedding receptions.
We pamper our guests, make reservations and advise on the activities of the four season playground that surrounds us in every direction. Our guests come as strangers and leave as friends.

Westbank is 16km south of Kelowna on Hwy 97 and is 6 minutes from the Coquihalla Connector.
Close to wineries, shopiing, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, beaches and water sports.

At Sunnybank we take pride in presenting you with a beautiful flower garden which you are welcome to enjoy. Flower sniffing and birdwatching are free!

Per night: two persons sharing $75.00 - $ 85.00,
One person $55.00- $65.00
Additional person :$20.00
Reduced weekly rates.
Reservations recommended. Necessary on Holiday Weekends ie: July 1, or first mondays of August and September. These are a three day minimum stay.
